Playlab Classroom Term and Conditions

a. Agreement

This agreement is to regulate the terms of the relationship between you and CoolCode Sdn. Bhd. about the use of the Playlab Classroom application including its educational content, games, and websites.

By using the Playlab Classroom application and website (playlabclassroom.com), you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and also privacy policy, which is located at playlabclassroom.com. Cool Code Sdn. Bhd. has the right to update/change, add or remove any terms at any time. We will make sure to inform you a few days before the changes for you to be aware of the agreement. You can make a copy of this file, just in case you need any description or enlightenment regarding the use of our product which is Playlab Classroom. If at any point if you do not agree to any portion of the then-current version of our Terms & Condition or Privacy Policy, your license to use the Playlab Classroom application and website shall immediately terminate.

“You” is about you as the parent, legal guardian, or authorized school official, and children or students who have been given permission and supervision to use this application. You must be supervised by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized school if you are under the age of 18 to accept these terms and conditions.

b. Consent to Electronic Communications

The registration that has been made and the use of the Playlab Classroom application and website is with the consent for any electric communications from Cool Code Sdn. Bhd. and our Subscription Providers regarding your account. You agree to receive any notifications electronically such as messages, offers, promotions, surveys, and requests. If you do not agree to receive any electronic communication, you may need to cancel your subscription to Playlab Classroom.

c. Personal Account Limitation

  • You shall not deceive identity as pretend like you are a parent or school when creating your personal account.
  • If you are under the age of 18, you should not create an account for a parent, school, or administrator.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the equipment required in the use of this application is suitable and comfortable to use such as mobile phones, tabs, or others.

d. Subscription

As has been promoted on the website and also other platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, online article, etc., there are 2 types of subscriptions available and both have different requirements in terms of the access period, amount of access in the application, special services, etc. The subscription can be purchased on the Playlab Classroom website (playlabclassroom.com) in the subscription section. And if you have successfully subscribed to either Pro or Elite subscription, you immediately agree to any charge that will be charged into your bank account (based on the payment method that you chose) according to the statement on the promotion of the subscription.

e. Type of Subscription

– Classroom Lite:

  • If the user chooses to purchase the monthly subscription offer, the displayed 6 monthly amount will be charged to his/her Apple or Google Play account after confirming the purchase. It will auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of each 6 month period (ā€œ6 Monthly Subscription Periodā€).

– Classroom Pro:

  • If the user chooses to purchase the yearly subscription offer, the displayed yearly amount will be charged to his/her Apple or Google Play account after confirming the purchase. It will auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of each 12 month period (ā€œYearly Subscription Periodā€).

– Free Trial:

  • For selected subscription offers, a trial period may be included. In this case, the exclusive contents of the subscription may be used free of charge for the 1 week period specified in the offer (“Free Trial Period”).
  • A Free Trial Period can only be claimed once by each user. If a user has already used the Free Trial Period, the subscription fee will be charged after confirmation of the purchase of the subscription.

f. Refunds

A refund can be requested if there is any problem that requires a refund process directly from the Subscription Provider according to the refund policies.

g. Account Information

You may provide some personal information such as name, email, state, organization name, and any other related. All of this information will be required when you create a new account on the Playlab Classroom website. You agree that you will give complete information to Cool Code and you will update that information promptly after it changes. All this information will be used following the Privacy Policy that has been set.

h. FAQ/Customer Services

For customer service inquiries regarding the Playlab Classroom application and website, visit the FAQ submenu at the Playlab Classroom website. Thereā€™s a bunch of frequently asked questions, or else contact Cool Code by the contact information given there.

i. Updates

For user satisfaction, we will always be adding several games from time to time, so that children can learn about each subject in many effective ways. This will also improve the quality of the application in terms of the gameplay that can attract children. We will ensure that you will be notified directly through the application or website about any updates that have been developed.

j. Disclaimer of Warranty

PLAYLAB CLASSROOM DOES NOT PROMISE THAT THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT, SERVICE, OR FEATURE OF THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL PROVIDE SPECIFIC RESULTS. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE DELIVERED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

The entire risk as to the quality, accuracy, adequacy, completeness, correctness and validity of any material rests with you.

Content Liability

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

Complaints about our Website and Services

If you object to anything on our Website, please let us know by sending an email explaining your concern to support@coolcode.my and we will take whatever action we deem appropriate.
